EPHT Grantmaking in 2024

EPHT is committed to centering access to health care by addressing barriers, navigating systems of care, and supporting person-centric medical services. In keeping with the original purpose of the Trust, EPHT Trustees have identified health priority areas and a geographic footprint to reflect this commitment.

2024 EPHT Grant Cycles and Grants Portal Instructions

EPHT will award grants in two cycles per year, with decisions announced in the second and fourth quarter. Eligibility varies by cycle. Please carefully review the tables below to determine which grant cycle and timeline applies to your request. Eligible 501(c)3 or fiscally sponsored organizations may submit a Stage One Application (LOI) through the St. Louis Community Foundation grants portal.

Following review of the LOIs, a limited number of organizations will be invited to submit a Stage Two Application. Due to the volume of requests, organizations may submit one LOI per calendar year.

For 2024, Mental and Behavioral Health requests will be reviewed by invitation only.
